Stangl Pottery Chinese Pheasant #3457 c.1940 in great condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. This rare bird has been mistakenly called Walking Pheasant and is very sought after by collectors. As you can see the original owner has a "Walking Pheasant" sticker on it. This piece is from the Dennis and Jackie Madang Collection and was valued at $3,500 - $4,500 in 2006. Reference "Collector's Encyclopedia of Stangl". Excellent addition to any advanced collection.
